Nemyo Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about using Nemyo. If it is not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back.

1. 5-day free trial

All new family subscriptions begin with a 5-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to Nemyo. You will not be charged anything during those 5 days.

If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and no refund is needed.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Nemyo after your trial converts to a paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.

This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Simply email us and we will process the refund promptly with no questions asked.

3. Refunds after 30 days

After the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Annual plan holders who cancel after 30 days retain access until the end of their billing period but are not entitled to a pro-rata refund by default.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at the address below with:

  • The email address used for your Nemyo account.
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful).

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the amount may take 5 to 10 business days to appear back on your statement.

5. Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.

  • Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the current period.
  • Refund returns money already paid. Access ends once the refund is processed.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your Nemyo dashboard.
